Recent Sutton Trust research has indicated that the quality of applications is crucial in determining offer rates to equal-attainment candidates. We design and deliver programmes to ensure that applicants from less privileged backgrounds get the support they need to produce outstanding applications to Higher Education.

Our flagship Access Champions programme works with schools to embed outstanding practice, providing support to teachers and mentoring directly to students.

Our mission

To equip young people, and the people that support them, with the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to make the best possible choices and applications to post-18 destinations.

Our impact

In our Academic Apprenticeship programme, 100% of students received at least one offer from a Russell Group university. Our new approach to applications - from Medicine to Law - was subsequently featured throughout the national press.

Our partners

We work with over 20 universities and more than 150 schools, sixth-form centres and FE colleges across the country. We design and develop programmes for a range of sector-leading organisations.
