HE Access Agreements & WP systems support

  • Working with partner universities, we analyse current Access Agreements and provides high-level support in identifying areas of further development.

HE programmes

  • We offer bespoke support to universities and other Widening Participation organisations in evaluating specific programmes using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Evaluation training

  • We train Widening Participation practitioners in strengthening their evaluative practices when delivering programmes and interventions. Our approach focuses on providing strategies for assessing the impact of interventions and collecting effective data.

Dr Steven Jones is researcher based at Manchester University with expertise in the Widening Participation sector.

Formerly head of the Widening Participation research unit at Bristol University, Dr Tony Hoare has evaluated programmes for a range of leading access organisation.

Liz Passey is a senior policy adviser at the Treasury and was previously research manager at the Sutton Trust.
